Return or Exchange
Please contact us by email if you wish to initiate a return or exchange.
We ask our customers to return the garment (unworn with tags attached) by mail within 10 days of delivery.
If an item is defective or if we've sent the wrong size/colour/style, we will pay for return shipping and send you a link to a pre-paid return mail slip.
If you wish to exchange a garment for another size or colour, we will ship the exchanged/new garment back to you at our expense once we have the original garment returned to us.
If an order is placed for multiple garments, we reserve the right to charge a $5.00 restocking fee per garment if more than two garments are returned.
Please be aware that garments on sale are not available for refund, but can be returned for exchange or store credit.
If you would like to start an exchange or return, contact us and we will email a return slip for you to include in the return shipment. You can print and fill in (or just write down the information requested on a separate piece of paper).
